Wayne Harrison Fuller, 60, of Jordan, passed away on March 23, 2019, at his home.
Wayne was born on November 30, 1958 in Auburn, NY. He graduated from Auburn High School and attended Ohio Tech.
Wayne was a man with an engineer’s mind mixed with the soul of an eccentric artist and musician.
He was a member of the I. A.T.S.E. Union, Local 9 in Syracuse.
Wayne and his businesses, “The Fuller Brothers’” and “Harrison Audio & Stage” provided sound and lighting for many bands, schools, and churches.
Wayne “roadied” for bands such as The Rolling Stones, Harry Chapin, and The Allman Brothers as well as famous speakers such as Henny Youngman, Andre the Giant, and the former First Lady, Hillary Clinton.
Wayne “Harry” was also a member of the musical band, “Merry Mischief” with his wife of 20 years Marilyn “Merlyn” Fuller.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Marilyn; two stepdaughters, Jesse Underwood of Auburn and Shawna Underwood of Skaneateles; a sister, Grace King of Pennsylvania; a nephew, William King; a brother, Samuel Fuller of Auburn; a son, Eric Fuller of Cincinnatus; and a grandson, Devlin Fuller of Cincinnatus.
A memorial service will be at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, 109 Waring Road, Syracuse, NY 13224 at 2 pm on Saturday March 30.
