Alice J. Parrow

Alice J. Parrow, 64, died unexpectedly on January 15, 2026, at her home with her partner of 30 years.  Alice was born in Dayton, OH, to the late Willard and Mary (Rice) Brummett.  She resided in Oswego County for most of her life.  Alice was known for being a crafty homemaker.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Alice is survived by her longtime partner, Chip House; two stepdaughters, Candice House and Bergandy Jones; granddaughter, Kylee Miller; siblings, Ettie Mae “Peachy” Derousie, Elsie Marquina, Leon Brummett, and John Brummett; and her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Alice was predeceased by her brothers, Willard Brummett and Raymond Brummett.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
