Richard L. Burdick of Hannibal, NY passed away at home on October 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving friends and longtime partner by his side.
Richard was a veteran of the United States NAVY. He also worked as a barber in Fulton for many years.
Richard will be missed by those in his life who loved him.
