Obituary

Wesley J Massey, 44, passed away July 12th, 2023, at Upstate Hospital. He died surrounded by his children and older brothers after a battle with cancer.

He loved fishing, football, and his family.

Wes was predeceased by his parents Louis and and Carolyn Massey.

Wes is survived by his children, Christopher Bockus, Corey Massey, and Caira Massey; grandchildren, Nevaeh Bockus, and Christopher Bockus Jr.; siblings, Troy (Victoria) Lamb, Jerry Massey, Amy Massey-Bolden, Yvonne (Colin) Massey-Purtell, Claudette Massey-Alvez, Louis Massey Jr., Phil Gregory, Joanna Gregory; and tons of nieces and nephews.

Wes was loved so many people.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Beth Nagy for helping to care for Wes.

A private services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please contact Corey Massey, Christopher Bockus, Meghann Rhodes, and Troy Lamb for information regarding services.
