William Michael Stutz, 80, passed away peacefully at his home on March 24th, 2026.
William was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose greatest joy was spending time with his family. From an early age, William had a natural curiosity, always looking at how things worked, a passion that led him to a successful career in engineering. He was known for his sharp mind, thoughtfulness, steady presence, and quiet dedication to both his work and family. He had a deep love for history, enjoyed playing the guitar, and was especially fond of the companionship of cats.
William was predeceased by his beloved wife, Jacky Marvin-Stutz, who passed on December 23rd, 2014. Together, they built a life centered on family, love, and their shared memories. He is survived by his children: daughter Kim O’Shaughnessy and her husband Jon, along with their daughter Olivia; daughter Melissa Sinclair-Lewis and her children Kendrick and Sabreanna; and son Christopher Confer and his wife Melissa, along with their daughter Cameryn. He is also survived by his brother, John “Sean” Stutz, and his wife Zoe.
William will be remembered for his kindness, intellect, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him.
James A. Menter Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
